Return policy

At Irispetal (https://irispetal.com), we want you to be delighted with your purchase of our preschool and children’s toys. Our refund and return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. This policy is valid for 90 days from the date you receive your item. If 90 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your toy must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all components included.

If your return does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return, and the item will be sent back to you. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take 3 business days for the refund to be processed.

  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced toys may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged toys only. If you need to exchange a toy for the same item, please email us at info@irispetal.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your toy, mail it to:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

In the Event of Damage

Please inspect your toy upon receipt. Any damage noted upon delivery must be recorded on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered customer-induced and will not be covered under warranty. Defects or discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of receipt; otherwise, they will be deemed acceptable, and no returns or exchanges will be permitted. If you choose to return damaged merchandise, we will refund the purchase price, taxes, and shipping costs (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges, returns, or service claims.

Credits and Refunds

  • Taxes paid will be refunded.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the toy has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.

  • A restocking fee may be applied for returns or exchanges not due to manufacturer defects or damage. This fee does not apply to non-toy items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash or check purchases, a company check will be issued, which may take up to 3 business days to process.

  • If a toy is purchased using a Reward Certificate and returned, the Reward will be forfeited unless an exchange of equal or greater value is made at the time of return.

  • If a toy does not fit your needs due to size or other preferences, returns or exchanges will be refunded via a store gift card, less the initial shipping and/or restocking fee.

  • For items picked up at our location, refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, which may take up to 3 business days.
