Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.

Standard Shipping

  • Transit Time: 7–15 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–18 business days (including processing)

Expedited Shipping

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days (including processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship to:
United States, Canada, Australia, and select international destinations.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders $0.00 – $49.99: $8.00 shipping fee

  • Orders $50.00 and above: Free Standard Shipping

Expedited Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $15.00

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

  • If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at service@irispetal.com.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

Irispetal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Irispetal is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
